This privacy policy describes the privacy practices for the Enabled Minds website. It applies solely to information collected through this site.

Information we collect

We only have access to information you voluntarily give us—through our contact form, by email, when booking a call, or through other direct contact. We are the sole owners of this information. We will not sell or rent it to anyone.

We use your information to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share it with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request.

Booking a call

If you schedule a call with us, the booking is handled by a third-party scheduling tool. The tool processes the details you enter (such as your name, email address, and selected time) in order to set up the meeting. We use this information only to prepare for and hold the call with you.

Cookies

Our site uses cookies for Google Analytics, a web analytics tool that helps us understand how visitors engage with the site. We use these reports to improve the site.

Google Analytics uses first-party cookies to collect information such as when a visit occurred, whether the visitor has been to the site before, and which site referred the visitor. This information is collected in anonymized form and reports website trends without identifying individual visitors.

We also use the LinkedIn Insight Tag, an advertising tool from LinkedIn. It lets us show Enabled Minds ads on LinkedIn to people who have visited this site and measures visits that come from our LinkedIn posts and ads. It sets first-party cookies on this site (li_fat_id, ln_or) and LinkedIn sets its own cookies on linkedin.com. If you are logged in to LinkedIn, LinkedIn can link your visit to your LinkedIn account under LinkedIn's privacy policy.

In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland—and anywhere we cannot tell where you are—we set analytics or advertising cookies only after you allow them in the cookie banner, where you can also allow one and not the other. That choice is stored in your browser for six months, after which we ask again. In the United States these cookies are on by default: the banner tells you so and lets you opt out, and after six months the default is renewed and the notice shown again. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal: if your browser sends it, we treat you as not having allowed advertising cookies. Wherever you are, you can change your choice at any time under Cookie preferences in the footer, and declining does not affect how you use our site.
