Service · Consulting & Training

Your team can do more than you think.

You've seen what the new tools can do. Getting a whole team to work that way is the hard part—and a memo won't do it. So we don't stop at teaching tools. We look at how your operation runs and find where the tools actually belong. When a team retypes data from one system into another, an AI assistant that speeds up the retyping is a "faster horse"; the real fix makes the retyping disappear. We redefine the process first, then train your people on the version worth keeping.

Who it's for

Where teams get stuck.

The licenses gather dust

You paid for AI tools months ago. Usage peaked in week two. Nobody wants to admit the rollout is over.

The pilot never ended

Six months of 'testing it out' and no decision. Pilots don't fail—they just quietly expire.

Nobody says no

Your team nods in every meeting about AI. Then they go back to doing things exactly the way they did before.

The method

Win with small steps

Nobody becomes AI-first in a quarter, and companies that try collect resentment instead of results. So we keep the steps deliberately small: enough to fix properly, real enough that the team feels the difference immediately. Fear doesn't survive contact with a tool that just did the boring part of your job.

Small enough to fix properly. Real enough to feel.

FAQ

Questions we're often asked.

Do our people need to be technical?

The Claude Code track is for developers or QA engineers. Everything else works for operations—inboxes, spreadsheets, documents. If your team works with a computer, they can do this.

We tried AI training before and it didn't stick—why is this different?

Usually the training covered the tool instead of the work. We train on your own workflows and real tasks, and the team leaves with something running.

What does it cost?

Fixed price, agreed before we start.

How much of our team's time does this take?

Less than your team currently spends working around the problem. We start with one session and scope from there—no open-ended commitment.

Do you run in-person trainings?

Yes, in Portland and Boston. In-person pricing is higher than remote.
