PostMerchant's Lift platform handles merchant onboarding for payment processors. We built AI-powered underwriting tools for Lift: website review, statement analysis, and rule-based adjudication. Underwriters now get structured, consistent risk assessments in minutes instead of spending an hour or more per merchant doing it by hand. For Lift, it means processors get a complete underwriting workflow in one platform rather than stitching together separate tools.

Number AI Assistant

Number provides powerful and flexible payment solutions, supported by extensive technical documentation for developers. However, navigating this vast library of information could be time-consuming, creating friction for developers during the integration process. As a proactive initiative, we designed and built the Number AI Assistant—a conversational AI embedded directly within their docs. This tool gives developers instant, accurate answers and code snippets, dramatically speeding up integration cycles and simplifying complex technical challenges.

Animal Ethics

Animal Ethics, an organization focused on promoting respect for non human animals through outreach, research, and education, wanted an AI assistant to make it easier to educate about using future technologies to mitigate harms in nature to animals, particularly on a large scale. The main challenge was designing an AI-driven chatbot that accurately reflected the philosophy of Animal Ethics, particularly within the constrained timeline of eight weeks.
